Study Group Information

Scrabble 1

We meet on the 1st Friday of each month at 9.45am.  Scrabble starts at 10am – 12 noon at a member’s home on the North Shore. 

We have a common interest in words and want to increase our word knowledge. Members learn new words and gain confidence through sharing knowledge with others. At the end of a game, we share each table’s new words and meanings.  

Our ultimate reference is the Collins Official Scrabble Dictionary as our only acceptable source of words. Lists of 2 and 3 letter words are given to members as a resource.
